Nitro 1 - She Did It!

It's been a long haul to get there... but after a break of almost a year to help her get over the fear she developed, she came back in June ready to swim.

Havi started her swim class last week at Station 9. In that 30 minute lesson she passed both Station 9 AND Station 10 and graduated Nitro 1. One of the things she had to accomplish was swimming 20 yards freestyle, rolling onto her back to breathe as she went.

It's tough to see her on this video but you can just make out her swimming awesomeness!

A HUGE thank you to Tiffany and Sarah at Nitro for everything they did to help her get back into swimming and then successfully graduate Nitro 1. Tiffany cheering her on from the sidelines as she took each test was all kinds of awesome :-)

Way to go Havi, we're VERY proud of you and can't wait to see what you accomplish in Nitro 2!

To celebrate we took Havi out for dinner to show off that hard earned t-shirt :-)
