Two Months, Three Weeks and Four Days

Miss Havi-Blue has discovered her voice in the last few days... she now tells us a whole novel while she's having her nappy changed or sat in her Bumbo chair. If we chat back to her she gets louder and more excited about the tale she's telling. She's also loving her Bumbo chair more and more, she likes being upright and looking around at the world.

The giraffes that hang from the toy bar on her bouncy chair are now pretty bruised and battered as her aim is getting much better. Today she held her pink rabbit rattle by the ear and shook it, once she realized she was making the noise herself she was waving it all over the place! She's growing up so fast and learning something new every day.

Two Months, Three Weeks and Two Days

Sorry for the lack of updates, I've been back at work for a couple of weeks almost, and we're just getting into the swing of things. Havana is settling in perfectly at Colleen's and gave her a big smile this morning when she saw her. She also has days when she stays with Daddy and has WAY too much fun. They play and read and do all sorts of fun stuff and Daddy sends me e-mail updates all day long. When Mummy gets home she has a little nap with Havi.

Havi gets funnier every day, she has a little giggle now that Daddy can find perfectly when he blows raspberries on her big fat chunky thighs! She loves her Bumbo chair, hanging out watching the animals and trying to figure out how to shake her toys without dropping them.

She also has a new animal friend -Bandit - Colleen's pug. He loves her and is pretty much glued to her when she's there.

We're now on the countdown until Granddad Chris gets here, just two weeks away - we're all so excited.
