We finally narrowed down Havana's BIG LIST and she's chosen a few after school activities for the year.
We enrolled Havi at Capital Gymnastics after recommendations from a couple of people. We'd not been too happy with her gymnastics classes at the Y, too many kids per coach and very repetitive each week.
After a month or so at Capital we already see a huge difference. Havi is LOVING it and learning so much as well. Coach Adam is great with the kids and each lesson is planned out for maximum fun as well a lot of learning.
A bonus... Taylor is signed up for the same class so we can guarantee they see each other each Thursday.
Havi's also still signed up with Nitro for swim lessons - and is now on Station 9 - which included swimming the full length of the pool alternating between back stroke and front crawl. She is very close to passing Nitro 1. I'm pretty sure she wants to continue into Nitro 2 afterwards.
It's tough to see her at the beginning of this video, but after a while it's obvious who I'm following in the water!
The third after school activity is football (I will not bring myself to say the S word) which starts in a couple of weeks... practice on Mondays, games on Saturdays.
