Poser... Havi? No.....

Normally when I get the camera out Havi is not impressed. In fact she hates the flash so tends to divert her eyes... last night was another story. She was hamming it up!

Birthday Party Weekend

This past weekend was birthday party madness! First Morgan celebrated her 4th birthday and had a great party at The Big Bounce...

On Sunday Havi went to Quy's 5th birthday party at The Little Gym. It's crazy to think it was 6 months ago Havi was sat in the birthday girl chair eating cake after her Little Gym party with Selin.

Havi was also invited to Grayson's 3rd birthday party this weekend, but sadly we couldn't go as it was at the same time as Quy's. Happy Birthday Grayson :-)

Back home...

Our return home wasn't as sad as usual knowing that Grandma, Granddad and Auntie Dan would be coming over for Christmas. Havi however does not know this little tidbit of information... she was sad to go home but very steadfastly hid that and tried to be 'brave'.

She's going to be SO shocked when she wakes up on December 20th with three guests in the house :-)

Moo and Charlie were missed while we were away and have been constantly cuddled since....

England.... Havi's 5th Trip

Havi's 5th trip to England was jam packed full of fun. She did so well on all three flights on the way over, and all three on the way back... even running through the airport with the teeny tiny layover we had in Chicago.

We were all so excited to meet Baby Bobby that we went there directly from the airport. Havi loved holding the baby and dancing with Daniel.

While Peter, Rebecca and I went off to Ireland, Havi stayed with Grandma, Granddad, Rosie and Oliver and Auntie Dan. They bowled, saw movies, ate out, made puppets and so much more.

She attended Auntie Dan's kids dance class, Grandma's Rainbows (Daisy's in America) and even spent a few hours at the local primary school where Grandma is a governor.

We drove up to the Lake District and spent a couple of day with Granddad Alan and Grandma Margaret - she went to see waterfalls, hammered a coin into a money tree, made buns and painted some water colours.

In between all of that we fit in a night out at Auntie Dan's pub - complete with Halloween fancy dress. Havi learned how to pull a pint of Tetleys while dressed as Belle.

She also went to Toby and Lex's Halloween party with Oliver and went trick or treating. She visited Tropical World with Daniel and Bobby and had lunch with Auntie Rachel, Uncle Simon, Bethany and Isobel... and so much more.

Fall Festival

A long long time ago in a land far far away.... okay, not really. A few weeks ago, just before our trip to England, Havi's school had a Fall Festival. It was so much fun... face paints and costumes, giant slides, haunted houses, games, jewelry making, friends and food... what more could a four year old want?

The school did a great job and everyone came out to enjoy the fun.
