Run, run as fast as you can!

Last October Havi started working on completing a marathon, a half a mile or so at a time with Marathon Kids.

As we often walk the 0.8miles to or from school Havi's miles started adding up quick, and after trips to New Orleans which included lots of walking and regular walks with Moo (and now Ruffster) she finished her 26.2 miles by November.

Today she attended the 'Final Mile' celebration with Katie. We calculated she's completed about 4.5 marathons since October :-)

When the final quarter mile started I did NOT expect Havi to make a mad dash for it. She ran the whole way with me attempting to take photos as we went!
